Jog-a-thon 2021

Serious runners

After a sluggish start, a last-minute surge in Jog-a-Thon donations has the student body nearing their goal of $13,500 and a visit from Monroe’s famous “Reptile Man” with all his creepy, crawly friends. Not to mention, the satisfaction of helping their school replace it’s badly needed gym floor.

Participation was high with students from preschool through middle school having fun, getting exercise and enjoying some after event refreshments. The event was held in three phases over two days. Kindergarten through 8th grade ran on Thursday, April 29th and were able to be outdoors enjoying the perfect weather the Lord provided for the day. Preschoolers ran on Friday, April 30th on the very gym floor for which the proceeds were designated.

Thank you to all who helped make this year’s Jog-a-thon a great success.
